!! This Site Is About Looking Forward From Days And Years Gone By !!

It began as a simple desire to provide a bit of supportive material to assist the effort of organizing the 40 Year Reunion of our class.
But as it progressed, it grew into so very much more.
It began as a journey into the past, a quest into memories that have, over time, been veiled by certain mists of perception which themselves had been shaped by personal
responses which had bee formed on a deeply emotional level.

So while this site may be about a high school class and a reunion of that class, it is also a re-visitation of the days, weeks, months and years that I myself spent as a student
at Pasadena High School in Pasadena, Texas between 1964 and 1968.
And as that journey has evolved, it has also come to be about the many classmates who shared those times and those experiences as a student with me, a tribute to them
and to the contributions, either intentional or unintentional, which they made back then to the person that I became over the years since.

So, for what it's worth, I offer this site and its contents, not only as a portrait of the way things were, but as an illustration of what we have perhaps become today.
In doing so, my greatest hope is that by seeing that now distant portion of our lives, both you and we ourselves as students might be able to come to grips with and
understand at least some of the influences and experiences we endured.

!! More Than Forty Years To Catch Up On !!
The Pasadena High School Class of 1968 primarily consists of students who were categorized as "Seniors" during the 1967 - 1968 school year or who may have been
scheduled to graduate at some point between that particular school year.
However, as has already been demonstrated, neither the Reunion itself nor any of the planned "Reunion related" activities are being entirely restricted to those particular
students alone.

It has been more than 40 years since we moved forward from our times and experiences in high school.
Whether we graduated, moved away and had to change schools or whether we chose to drop out in order to develop our own ways and lives, we have all shared one thing in
common and that is the fact that, at some point between 1964 and 1968, we were all students at Pasadena High School in Pasadena, Texas and were, in one way or another,
members of the Class of 1968.

This site and its content represents an entirely volunteer and non-profit endeavor that does indeed have a certain number of contracted monthly expenses associated with its
maintenance and presentation for which I, the webmaster himself am primarily responsible.
Meeting those expenses has and continues to be at times difficult because my income is not what you might call "expansive".

If Anyone Still Doubts That Magic Really Exists.....They Weren't At The 40 Year Reunion !!!

The big event has come and gone. A year's worth of effort, time and dedication resulted in what was a huge success...at least as far as I myself was concerned.
It was a night...NO...it was an entire year that I will neither easily nor quickly forgotten and, for a few hours one night in League City, Texas time turned its head and looked the
other way, years melted and, if you looked closely enough, you would have seen...known...that 1968 was just yesterday!
But now, like Dorothy waking up at home in her bed after her adventures in OZ, I find myself beginning to wonder if, perhaps, it was just some wondrous dream after all!
And so, like Brigadoon of the hundred year sleep, we know it happened...but we begin to wonder as it fades

But wait folks. Like re-runs of I Love Lucy and M.A.S.H., it looks like there's more to come

So don't change the channel just yet!
